A. Don Jolley, President and Owner

Has been a business owner since 1990. Owns and operates seven other contracting businesses. Has been in the construction industry since 1983.

Howard Towler, Vice President & Chief Operations Officer

Responsible for fireproofing operations management. DRI for both SFRM and IFRM, past president and current board member of the National Fireproofing Contractors Association. Started with S&A Building Specialties in 1988 and became VP in 1995. He remained through the buyout in that capacity for the new owner. Oversees all day-to-day field operations for True Fireproofing and also provides estimating and project management skills.

Charles A. Lovelace III, Chief Financial Officer

Joined the company in February of 2016.  MBA from Harding University with 28 years of financial and administrative experience. Accountable for all administrative, financial, and risk management operations of True Fireproofing and related companies.

Jay S. Wall, Senior Estimator

Has worked for True Fireproofing from 1980 to present. Fireproofing, plastering, stucco, etc. material and labor estimates, pricing and selling. Mr. Wall was an employee of True Fireproofing Company and Max True Plastering Company before the companies sold in 1994. Mr. Wall remained as an employee for the new owners as senior estimator.

George Fine, Estimator/Project Manager

Started working for True Fireproofing in December 2003. George estimates projects, as well as reviewing estimates and submittals for compliance with criteria that meets our SFRM accreditation through NFCA. George also confirms with the field operations and our QC personnel that the work is being performed in accordance with plans, specs, and UL Criteria. George is the DRI for both IFRM and SFRM.

Wynona Sellers, Secretary-Treasurer, Accounting and Office Manager

Started with Max True Plastering & Fireproofing Company in July of 1977. Remained with the company when it sold in 1994 and remained when the current owner purchased the company in April 2002. Oversees all accounting and payroll operations. Prepares all documents for financial reviews.

Jesse Baker, Accounting

Marsha Fox, Estimating Secretary/Marketing Director

Uses Dodge Internet services to find possible projects. Procures all bidding documents, plans, specs, and addenda for the Estimating Department. Types bid proposals and sends out bids weekly for Mr. Jolley's companies. Returns plans when bidding process is completed. Completes prequalification questionnaires, orders bid bonds and completes all other bidding-related tasks.

Taylor Hosey, Assistant Marketing Manager
Assisting the Marketing Manager in receiving, processing and sending out bids.

Alexis Nicka, Accounts Receivable Manager
Performs all invoicing. Completes lien waiver forms. Assists Jackie McKinzie with certified payroll forms.

Kathy Jolley, Contract Administrator

Receives and reviews all project subcontracts. Completes any required subcontract paperwork.

Nancy Davis, Warranties/Submittals

Completes warranty requests and assists George Fine with completion of submittals.

James Lambert, Company Safety Manager

Maintains and enforces company safety policies. Fills out OSHA logs. Responsible for employee safety training. Schedules employee safety meetings, OSHA training classes, drug testing and so forth.

Addison Emory III, IFRM & Coatings Manager

Has been in the spray applied coatings, insulation, and fireproofing industry for 22+ years. Mr. Emory has been involved in all aspects the industry including application, testing, training, estimating, and project management. Currently, Mr. Emory is overseeing the IFRM and coatings divisions.

Tim Mayer, HR Director

Dustin Norman, SPFI Manager

Takes care of most of the estimating, project management, operations, and purchasing for the spray polyurethane foam division.  Has 16 years of experience in the coatings and insulation industry. Also acts as the QAP Administrator for all the ABAA projects and is a ABAA level 3 Installer.
